Our current processing time is 1-2 weeks. If you need an item for an event or photoshoot for the holidays please send us an email prior to purchasing to see what we can do.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, and missing packages once it leaves our hands. Please make sure you have the correct shipping address. Any packages that are return to us due to wrong address will have to pay for additional shipping costs and will not be entitled to a refund. If your package is not delivered you will need to contact your local USPS and file a claim with them. We have the option at checkout to add additional insurance through a third-party company we work with. We encourage all our customers to purchase that insurance at checkout.
Returns and exchanges
Once orders are place, we do not accept refund or returns unless the products has come to you damaged or you believe you received the wrong product. Please email us, ASAP. If the product came damaged you must take photographs of the package and product immediately. We will refund/make right wrong or damaged orders up to 3 days after you have received your product. We are not responsible for an improper care of our products.
We do accept exchanges for a different size if it does not fit your pet up to 3 days after you have received your product. Product must be undamaged and barley worn. Please email us if you would like to exchange. You’re responsible for the cost of shipping the new product. We do not cover the shipping cost of international orders either way.
All custom orders, face masks, and clearance items are final sale.
